摘要
改革开放后,我国工业的发展促进了社会经济的快速增长,但也付出了生态环境污染的代价。空气、水源以及土壤等都存在着不同程度的污染,甚至威胁到人们的生存安全。因此,保护饮用水水源地成为当前环境治理中的重要问题。本文主要介绍了饮用水水源地保护区的划分原则,探讨了保护区划分的方法和步骤,并结合水源地保护区划分提出了一些可供参考的建议。
After the reform and opening up,China has made great efforts to develop industry,and has made great achievements in development.The rapid growth of social economy has been driven by the development of industry,but at the same time,the cost of ecological environment pollution has also been paid.Air,water and soil are polluted to varying degrees,even threatening the safety of human existence.Therefore,the protection of drinking water sources has become an important issue in the current environmental governance.This paper mainly introduces the principles of the division of drinking water source protection areas,explores the methods and steps of the division of protection areas,and puts forward some suggestions for reference in combination with the division of water source protection areas.
