基于组合法对云南玉溪盘溪大龙潭岩溶水源地保护区的划分

摘要 盘溪大龙潭为一集中式岩溶水供水水源地,承载着华宁县城、江川县城、通海县城、抚仙湖西岸、南岸、东岸、玉溪市中心城区及盘溪镇供水重任。为保证用水安全,建立岩溶水水源地保护区是可靠、有效的方法和手段。本文采用经验公式和水文地质条件分析组合法对盘溪大龙潭岩溶水水源地保护区进行划分。利用经验公式法计算一级保护区范围;在水文地质分析的基础上确定二级保护区范围;大龙潭岩溶水源地补给径流区为大片的耕地、村庄分布,且碳酸盐岩裸露、地表岩溶发育,覆盖层较薄,防污性能差。为防范饮用水水源污染风险,保障饮用水安全,将一级保护区和二级保护区以外的区域划为准保护区。其中,一级保护区主要包括大龙潭水域及其周边陆域,总面积为1.01 km^(2);二级保护区主要为大龙潭岩溶水系统东北部以落水洞为圆心,半径100 m所包括的区域,面积12.83 km^(2);准保护区面积为448.77 km^(2)。 Panxi Dalongtan is a centralized karst water supply source,carrying the responsibility of supplying water to the county towns of Huaning,Jiangchuan,Tonghai,the west bank,south bank,east bank of Fuxian Lake,the central urban area of Yuxi,and the local area of Panxi.The establishment of karst water source protection zone is a reliable and effective method and means to ensure water safety.This article uses a combination of empirical formulas and hydrogeological analysis method to divide the karst water source protection area in Dalongtan of Panxi Town.The scope of the first level protected area is calculated using empirical formula method.Based on hydrogeological analysis,the scope of the second level protection zone is determined.The recharge runoff area of Dalongtan karst water source area is distributed in large areas of farmland and villages,with exposed carbonate rocks and developed surface karst.The covering layer is thin and the pollution prevention performance is poor.In order to prevent the risk of drinking water source pollution and ensure drinking water safety,areas outside the first and second level protection zones will be designated as quasi protection zones.Among them,the first level protected area mainly includes Dalongtan water area and its surrounding land area,with a total area of 1.01 km^(2).The second level protection zone mainly includes the area of 12.83 km^(2) in the northeast of the Dalongtan karst water system,with the sinkhole as the center and a radius of 100 meters.The area of the quasi protected area is 448.77 km^(2).By adopting this combination method,the main supply area of the water source can be better protected,and the result not only meets the regulatory requirements,but is also more stringent and targeted than the regulatory provision.
