摘要
通过收集来自不同行业的378份员工问卷数据,对其进行验证性因子分析、多元线性回归分析,试图探索公仆型领导行为引发员工创新绩效的具体路径机制。研究结果表明:公仆型领导行为会导致员工心理授权感知程度的增加,进而正向影响员工的创新绩效。而公仆型领导对员工心理授权的正向影响又受到团队绩效控制的调节影响,绩效控制程度越高,公仆型领导对员工心理授权影响越小。员工心理授权与团队绩效控制分别作为中介变量与调节变量,构成了公仆型领导影响员工创新绩效的路径机制。
By collecting the data of 378 employee questionnaires from different industries and conducting the confirmatory factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis of these data, this study attempts to explore the specific path mechanism of public servant leadership behaviors initiating employee innovation performance. The research results show that public servant leadership behaviors can lead to the increase of employees’ psychological empowerment perception and further positively affect employees’ innovation performance;and that the positive influence of public servant leadership on employees’ psychological empowerment is in turn regulated by team performance control: the higher the performance control degree, the smaller the influence of public servant leadership on employees’ psychological empowerment. Employees’ psychological empowerment and team performance control as mediating variables and regulating variables respectively constitute the path mechanism of public servant leadership affecting employee innovation performance.
