摘要
在地热水环境中采用传统电化学方法测量超级铁素体不锈钢S44660和奥氏体不锈钢316L在不同磁感应强度下的腐蚀电化学参数,结合腐蚀形貌分析,研究了磁场对两种不锈钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:在不同磁感应强度下,S44660不锈钢和316L不锈钢的腐蚀速率均存在曲线波动及阈值,即腐蚀速率随着磁感应强度的提高表现出先减小后增大。
Traditional electrochemical methods were used to measure the corrosion electrochemical parameters of super ferritic stainless steel S44660 and austenitic stainless steel 316 L under different magnetic induction intensities in environment of geothermal water.The effect of magnetic field on corrosion behavior of these two stainless steels were investigated through the corrosion electrochemical parameters combined with corrosion morphology analysis.The results showed that the corrosion rates of S44660 stainless steel and 316 L stainless steel had both curve fluctuations and thresholds under different magnetic field strengths,that is to say,the corrosion rates decreased first and then increased with the increase of magnetic induction intensity.
