摘要 根据正交试验表设计了16种Al-Zn-Ga低驱动电位牺牲阳极的合金配方,采用恒电流法评价了这些阳极的电化学性能,并观察其腐蚀形貌。结果表明:随着阳极中Zn和Ga含量的升高,阳极工作电位负移;其中,最佳Al-Zn-Ga阳极的合金配方为Al-0.25Zn-0.05Ga,该配方牺牲阳极的工作电位为-800~-750 mV,电容量最高,达到2426 A·h/kg。 16 kinds of alloy formulas of Al-Zn-Ga sacrificial anodes with low driving voltage were designed in terms of orthogonal test table.The electrochemical performance of the Al-Zn-Ga anodes was studied by galvanostatic method.And the corrosion morphology of the anodes was observered.The results indicated that with the increase of Zn and Ga content in the anodes,the working potentials of the anodes shifted negatively.The best alloy formula of Al-Zn-Ga anode was Al-0.25 Zn-0.05 Ga,which had working potentials in a range from-800 mV to-750 mV,and had the highest electric capacity up to 2426 A·h/kg.
