摘要
根据流行病学统计,溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis, UC)发病人数在国内外均呈上升趋势,且该疾病反复发作,部分患者会进一步发展为结肠癌,极大降低患者生活质量。目前,关于UC的作用机制研究尚无定论,临床治疗效果不理想,因此,简单、方便、有效的动物模型对于机制及治疗方法的研究具有重要意义。对化学模型和基因模型的诱导机制、影响因素、优缺点、造模方式以及UC临床表现、分子变化和组织变化做了详细综述。
According to epidemiological statistics,the incidence of ulcerative colitis(UC)is on the rise both at home and abroad,and the disease occurs repeatedly,and some patients will further develop into colon cancer,greatly reducing the quality of life of patients.At present,there is no conclusion on the mechanism of UC,and the clinical treatment effect is not ideal.Therefore,a simple,convenient and effective animal model is of great significance for the study of mechanism and treatment.In this paper,the induction mechanism,influencing factors,advantages and disadvantages of chemical and gene models,as well as the clinical manifestations,molecular and tissue changes of UC were reviewed in detail.
