地理大数据视角下临空经济区产业空间分异特征与驱动因素——以首都机场临空经济示范区为例 被引量:1

Industrial Spatial Differentiation Characteristics and Driving Factors of Airport Economic Zone from the Perspective of Geographic Big Data——the Example of Capital Airport Economic Demonstration Zone

摘要 临空经济区作为全球物流链、贸易链、产业链以及价值链的重要依托,大量新兴产业发展的载体,其战略定位显著提高。本文从工商企业大数据入手,采用GIS技术,运用圈层分析法、多距离空间聚类分析方法和热点分析法,以首都机场临空经济示范区为例,对区内产业的空间布局特征及其驱动因素进行分析。研究表明,从2000到2020年,首都机场临空经济示范区临空指向性产业增长较快,从空间布局来看,总体上产业空间布局向外扩张,从2000年的1.5km左右的集聚空间变化到2020年2.8km的集聚空间,不同产业的空间布局特点各不相同,但都形成了一定的空间集聚态势;以航空运输业、装卸搬运与代理业为代表的典型的强临空指向性产业的集聚空间由机场中心向外围推移,一般临空指向性产业和弱临空指向性产业在中间圈层也呈现一定的空间集聚;企业热点逐渐由稀疏点状格局向面状布局演变,区内产业空间整体呈现“北强南弱,西强东弱”的格局。机场规模,各企业临空指向性强度,交通的可达性,机场的功能区分区,机场管制等都对首都机场临空经济示范区产业的空间结构演变产生影响。 As an important support of global logistics chain, trade chain, industrial chain and value chain,airport economic zone is the carrier of the development of a large number of emerging industries, and its strategic positioning has been significantly improved. Starting with the big data of industrial and commercial enterprises, this paper analyzes the spatial layout characteristics and driving factors of industries in the capital airport economic demonstration zone by using GIS technology, circle analysis method, multi-distance spatial cluster analysis method and hot spot analysis method. The research shows that from 2000 to 2020, the airport oriented industries in the capital airport economic demonstration zone grew rapidly. From the perspective of spatial layout, the overall industrial spatial layout expanded outward, from about 1.5km in 2000 to 2.8km in 2020. The spatial layout characteristics of different industries are different, but they have formed a certain spatial agglomeration trend;The agglomeration space of typical strong airport oriented industries represented by air transportation industry, handling and agency industry moves from the airport center to the periphery, and general airport oriented industries and non airport oriented industries also show a certain spatial agglomeration in the middle circle;The hot spots of enterprises have gradually evolved from a sparse point pattern to a surface layout. The overall industrial space in the region presents a pattern of "strong in the north, weak in the south, strong in the West and weak in the East". The scale of the airport, the airport directivity intensity of enterprises, the accessibility of traffic, the functional zoning of the airport and airport control all have an impact on the evolution of the industrial spatial structure of the capital airport economic demonstration zone.
