Value Implication and Path Exploration of Integrating Labor Education into Career Planning Education

摘要 劳动教育是新时代中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,将劳动教育融入职业生涯规划课程是“三全育人”和“五育并举”结合推进的必由之路。劳动教育兼具形式与内容,具有价值引领和能力提升的内涵,劳动教育融入职业生涯规划教育具有多方面的价值意蕴。在行业高校中将劳动教育融入职业生涯规划教育面临诸多现实问题,以主体间性视域切入,从育人思想、育人方法、育人形式三方面提出融入路径能够对这些问题做出回应。 Labor education is an important content of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Integrating labor education into the career planning curriculum is the only way to promote the combination of"Three Full Education"and"Five Education".Labor education has both form and content,and has the connotation of value guidance and ability improvement.The integration of labor education into career planning education has various value implications.The integration of labor education into career planning education in vocational colleges is faced with many practical problems.From the perspective of inter subjectivity,the integration path is proposed from the three aspects of educational thoughts,methods and forms to respond to these problems.
