摘要
《黄帝内经》提出少阳主枢和少阳主骨。文章简析少阳病理论及内涵,以及少阳主枢和少阳主骨理论。概述少阳为枢与少阳主骨理论指导下产生的少阳生骨方、针刺少阳经穴治疗膝骨关节炎、颈腰痛、软组织疾患及骨质疏松症等方面的确切临床效果和实验证据。以期挖掘和推广少阳主骨理论的临床应用和科学研究价值。
Huangdi Neijing proposed shaoyang holding the pivot point and shaoyang dominating bone.This paper briefly analyzes the theory and connotation of shaoyang disease,the interpretation of the theory of shaoyang holding the pivot point and shaoyang dominating bone.This paper summarizes the exact clinical effect and experimental evidence on knee osteoarthritis,neck and back pain,soft tissue disorders and osteoporosis treated by shaoyang osteogenic prescription and acupuncture shaoyang meridian points under the guidance of the theory of shaoyang holding the pivot point and shaoyang dominating bone,in order to explore and promote the clinical application and scientific research value of shaoyang dominating bone theory.
