摘要
SAPHO综合征是一组以滑膜炎、痤疮、脓疱病、骨肥厚、骨髓炎为病变的临床综合征。目前临床上尚未形成系统而完善的治疗方案,中医药对于SAPHO综合征具有促进好转、维持治疗的作用。总结陈明岭教授以中医药治疗1例SAPHO综合征的过程,对其理法方药进行分析归纳,以期为临床治疗该疾病提供参考。
SAPHO syndrome is a clinical syndrome characterized by synovitis,acne,pustulosis,byperostosis,and osteitis.At present,systematic and perfect treatment plan has not been formed in clinical practice,Traditional Chinese medicine can promote and maintain the clinical curative effect of SAPHO syndrome.This paper summarizes Chen Mingling professor’s treatment experience in regard to one case of SAPHO syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine,analysising the treatment and medication in order to provide convenience and thinking for clinical learning and treatment of the disease.
