摘要
目的分析阴道彩超在异位妊娠早期筛查中的声像特征及诊断效能。方法选取2019年5月-2021年10月广信区第五人民医院收治的60例异位妊娠患者为观察对象,均给予阴道彩超与腹部彩超检查,以手术结果为参考,分析阴道彩超在异位妊娠诊断中的声像特征及诊断价值。结果阴道彩超的诊断准确率高于腹部彩超(P<0.05);异位妊娠的阴道彩超声像特征主要为宫内未见妊娠囊,宫外存在妊娠囊回声及完整妊娠囊,一侧附件区存在不规则回声包块;阴道彩超的超声图像检出率(附件包块、胚芽、盆腔积液、原始血管搏动)高于腹部彩超(P<0.05);阴道彩超的输卵管壶腹妊娠、宫角妊娠、切口妊娠、卵巢妊娠孕囊检出率高于腹部彩超(P<0.05)。结论阴道彩超在异位妊娠早期筛查中具有较高诊断价值,可提升孕囊检出率。
Objective To analyze the sonographic features and diagnostic efficacy of transvaginal ultrasound in early screening of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to the Guangxin District Fifth People's Hospital from May 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the observation objects.All patients were examined by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound.Based on the surgical results,the sonographic features and diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy were analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasonography was higher than that of abdominal ultrasonography(P<0.05).The sonographic features of ectopic pregnancy vaginal ultrasound mainly for no intrauterine gestational sac,ectopic presence of gestational sac echo and complete gestational sac,irregular echo mass side attachment area.The detection rate of transvaginal ultrasonography(adnexal mass,embryo,pelvic effusion,primitive vascular pulsation)was higher than that of abdominal ultrasonography(P<0.05).The detection rate of tubal ampullary pregnancy,cornual pregnancy,incision pregnancy and ovarian pregnancy gestational sac by transvaginal ultrasonography was higher than that by transabdominal ultrasonography(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography has high diagnostic value in early screening of ectopic pregnancy and can improve the detection rate of gestational sac.
