摘要
目的:探究120例宫外孕妇女早期经阴道彩超诊断的临床价值。方法:选取2015年4月至2017年4月襄阳市中心医院接诊的120例宫外孕患者作为本研究对象进行回顾性分析,采用阴道彩超和腹部超声2种检查方法对患者进行早期检查,比较2种检查方法检出率以及检测出的宫外孕部位与类型。结果:经阴道彩超检查的早期宫外孕患者检出率为95.00%,经腹部超声检查的早期宫外孕患者检出率为64.17%,比较2种检测方法检出率,其差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=35.1063,P=0.0000)。经阴道彩超检测早期宫外孕患者主要有4种类型:破裂型、未破裂型、流产型和陈旧型宫外孕,其中误诊2例与漏诊3例。同时,早期宫外孕检测中有包块患者110例,根据检测回声将包块分为2种类型,其中妊娠孕囊型80例,混合型包块30例。结论:阴道彩超检测早期宫外孕有较高的检测率,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective： To explore the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of 120 cases of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： The clinical data of 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy in Xiangyang Central Hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound were adopted for early examination. The detection rate and the location and type of ectopic pregnancy detected were compared between the two methods. Results： The detection rate of early ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound was 95% and 64. 17% respectively,with statistically significant difference（ χ~2= 35. 1063,P = 0. 0000）. There were four types of early ectopic pregnancy detected by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound： rupture type,unruptured type,abortion type and archaic type,of which 2 cases were misdiagnosed and 3 cases were missed diagnosis. There were 110 cases of early ectopic pregnancy,who were divided into two types according to the echo,including 80 cases with gestational sac type and 30 cases with mixed masses type. Conclusions： The detection of early ectopic pregnancy with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound has high detection rate,which has important clinical value.
