摘要
目的:探究经阴道超声结合腹部加压法诊断极早期宫外孕的临床效果。方法:本次研究对象选择2018年3月至2019年3月期间于我院接受诊断治疗的56例疑似异位妊娠患者。结果:加压前,左侧附件区包块检出率为55%,右侧附件区包块检出率为56.52%,宫底部包块检出率为30.77%;加压后,左侧附件区包块检出率为95%,右侧附件区包块检出率为95.65%,宫底部包块检出率为92.31%。加压后诊断效果明显优于加压前。讨论:对于极早期宫外孕患者,实施经阴道超声结合腹部加压法诊断,诊断方法简单,且诊断效果较好,能够较好地控制漏诊率,值得广泛推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal compression in the diagnosis of very early ectopic pregnancy.Methods:56 patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy were selected from March 2018 to March 2019 in our hospital.Results:Before compression,the detection rate of mass in left adnexal area was 55%,that in right adnexal area was 56.52%,and that in fundus uteri was 30.77%;after compression,the detection rate of mass in left adnexal area was 95%,that in right adnexal area was 95.65%,and that in fundus uteri was 92.31%.The diagnosis effect after pressurization was better than that before pressurization.Discussion:For very early ectopic pregnancy patients,the implementation of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal compression method diagnosis,diagnosis method is simple,and the diagnosis effect is good,can better control the missed diagnosis rate,it is worth popularizing widely.
