摘要
电气智能设备能提高矿山开采效率,被大量应用到矿山开采之中,但其产生的电磁干扰对矿山生产带来了很大的安全隐患。基于已有的电气传动试验系统,搭建了电磁兼容传导干扰测试实验平台,对4组矿用变频器开展了传导干扰实验测试,研究矿用变频器产生传导干扰的特征以及分布规律。研究结果表明,所测传导电磁干扰均存在波峰,且在0.4 MHz频率附近占主导地位;所测变频器的传导干扰均低于限值,满足电磁兼容测试要求。该方法对矿用变频器电磁兼容测试以及整改具有指导意义。
Electrical intelligent equipment can improve mining efficiency and is widely cited in mining.However,its electromagnetic interference has brought great potential safety hazards to mine production.In this regard,based on the existing electrical drive test system,an test platform for electromagnetic compatibility conducted interference test was built,conducted interference tests were carried out on four groups of mine frequency converters,and the characteristics and distribution rules of conducted interference generated by mine frequency converters were studied.The results are concluded as follows.Firstly,the measured conducted EMI has wave crest and is dominant near 0.4MHz frequency.Secondly,the conducted interference of the measured frequency converters is lower than the limit value,meeting the electromagnetic compatibility test requirements.This method has a guiding significance for electromagnetic compatibility test and rectification of mine frequency converters.
