摘要
高校教育基金会以独特的组织形式,通过筹措和使用资金,支持学校发展。目前,国内高职院校教育基金会普遍存在数量少、规模小、作用弱等问题。隐藏在这些问题背后的原因主要有高职院校教育基金会的成立基础薄弱、筹资能力不足以及未能真正体现职业教育发展需求。为此,高职院校教育基金会亟需深度融入职业教育类型理念,发挥其联系学校和社会、企业的纽带作用,挖掘公益行为的道德养成功能,设计特色化、精细化、个性化支助项目,真正成为职业教育的参与者。
With its unique organizational form,higher vocational education foundation supports school development through raising and using funds.However,through comparative analysis,it is found that the educational foundations of higher vocational colleges in China are generally limited in quantity,small in scale and weak in function.The main reasons behind these problems are the weak objective foundation,insufficient fund-raising ability and failure to truly reflect the needs of vocational education development.In order to change the status quo,higher vocational education foundations need to be deeply integrated into the concept of vocational education,play a role as a link between schools,society and enterprises,explore the moral cultivation function of their public welfare behavior,design special,refined and personalized support projects,and truly become participants in vocational education.
