摘要
疫情防控常态化下,高职院校大学生面临的就业心理压力不断加重。大学生就业问题历来是国计民生的大事而备受重视。本文就疫情常态化下的高职院校学生就业心理和思政教育耦合展开了创新研究,希望借此来有效帮助毕业生克服就业心理障碍,清晰自身就业定位,塑造与时俱进的就业观,能就业就好业。
With the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, vocational college students face increasing psychological pressure on employment. The employment of college students has always been an important issue of the national economy and people’s livelihood. This paper carries out innovative research on the coupling of vocational college students’ employment psychology and ideological and political education under the normal epidemic situation, hoping to effectively help graduates overcome employment psychological barriers, clear their employment positioning, shape the employment view with the times, and get a good job.
