迷迭香提取物对大肠杆菌攻毒肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化能力和肠道形态的影响 被引量:12

Effects of Rosemary Extract on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemical Indices,Antioxidant Capacity and Intestinal Morphology of Broilers Challenged with Escherichia coli

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮添加迷迭香提取物对大肠杆菌攻毒肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化能力和肠道形态的影响。试验选取144羽7日龄的雌性黄羽肉鸡,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡。对照组(CON组)和大肠杆菌攻毒组(EC组)饲喂基础饲粮,迷迭香提取物+大肠杆菌攻毒组(ECRE组)在基础饲粮中添加400 mg/kg迷迭香提取物。试验期为28 d(8-35日龄)。从29日龄开始每天给CON组灌喂2 mL无菌生理盐水,EC组和ECRE组灌喂2 mL大肠杆菌K88菌液(1.0×10^(9) CFU/mL),连续灌喂7 d。结果显示:1)在29-35日龄,与CON组相比,EC组平均日采食量和平均日增重显著降低(P<0.05),腹泻率显著上升(P<0.05);而与EC组相比,ECRE组平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比和腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05);此外,ECRE组料重比还显著低于CON组(P<0.05)。2)与CON组相比,EC组脾脏指数显著降低(P<0.05),肝脏指数显著升高(P<0.05);与EC组相比,ECRE组肝脏指数显著降低(P<0.05)。3)与CON组相比,EC组血清中尿素含量和乳酸脱氢酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),葡萄糖含量显著降低(P<0.05);与EC组相比,ECRE组血清中葡萄糖含量和谷草转氨酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。4)与CON组相比,EC组血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性显著下降(P<0.05),一氧化氮含量显著升高(P<0.05);与EC组比,ECRE组血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性与总抗氧化能力显著升高(P<0.05);此外,ECRE组血清中总抗氧化能力显著高于CON组(P<0.05)。5)与CON组相比,EC组回肠隐窝深度显著增加(P<0.05),绒隐比显著降低(P<0.05);与EC组相比,ECRE组回肠隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05),绒隐比显著升高(P<0.05)。综上可知,饲粮中添加400 mg/kg的迷迭香提取物能通过提高肉鸡的生长性能、改善器官指数、调节血清生化指标、提高机体抗氧化能力和改善肠道形态结构有效缓解大肠杆菌攻毒对肉鸡的不利影响。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary rosemary extract on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,antioxidant capacity and intestinal morphology of broilers challenged with Escherichia coli.One hundred and forty-four 7-day-old female yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 8 broilers per replicate.Broilers in control group(CON group)and Escherichia coli challenge group(EC group)were fed a basal diet,and those in rosemary extract+Escherichia coli challenge group(ECRE group)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 400 mg/kg rosemary extract.The experiment lasted for 28 days(8 to 35 days of age).At the 29 days of age,broilers in the CON group were fed 2 mL sterile normal saline,and those in the EC group and ECRE group were fed 2 mL Escherichia coli K88 solution(1.0×10^(9) CFU/mL)for 7 consecutive days.The results showed as follows:1)from 29 to 35 days of age,compared with the CON group,the average daily feed intake and average daily gain in the EC group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate was significantly increased(P<0.05);compared with the EC group,the average daily gain in the ECRE group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed/gain ratio and diarrhea rate were significantly decreased(P<0.05);in addition,the feed/gain ratio in the ECRE group was significantly lower than that in the CON group(P<0.05).2)Compared with the CON group,the spleen index in the EC group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the liver index was significantly increased(P<0.05);compared with the EC group,the liver index in the ECRE group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the CON group,serum urea content and lactate dehydrogenase activity in the EC group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while serum glucose content was significantly decreased(P<0.05);compared with the EC group,serum glucose content and glutamic oxalacetic transaminase activity in the ECRE group were significantly increased(P<0.05).
