摘要
为了解甘南牦牛源大肠杆菌的耐药情况,用药敏片法对分离的27株甘南牦牛源大肠杆菌进行了10种常见抗菌药物的敏感性试验,结果表明所有分离株对这些药物有不同程度的耐药性,其中对青霉素和利福平耐药性最高为96.3%,红霉素其次为70.3%,头孢曲松为22.2%,对四环素、新霉素、链霉素、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星等药物较敏感,对加替沙星不耐药。此外,每株大肠杆菌都存在多重耐药现象,最多可耐5种,最少耐2种。因此,甘南牦牛源大肠杆菌有一定的耐药性,需强化甘南地区大肠杆菌病的流行病学调查和耐药性监测,以更好的为临床合理选药,防治大肠杆菌感染提供科学依据。
To determine the antibiotic resistance of Escherichia coli isolated from yak in Gannan,the sensitivity of 27 isolates to 10 antimicrobials were determined by drug sensitivity paper method.The results showed that the E.coli from yak have different degrees of resistance to these kinds of antibiotics,in which the Penicillin and Rifampicin resistance was the highest,accounted for 96.3%,the resistance rate to Erythromycin was 70.3%,Ceftriaxone was 22.2%,but sensitive to tetracycline,Neomycin,Streptomycin,Ciprofloxacin,Norfloxacin,and no resistance for Gatifloxacin.Moreover,multi drug resistance existed for each strain of E.coli.These stains could resist more than 5 kinds of drugs and 2 kinds at least.Therefore,the antibiotic resistance of Escherichia coli isolated from yak in Gannan has been existed.Epidemiological investigation and drug resistance monitoring of Escherichia coli disease in Gannan region should be strengthened to provide scientific basis for rational drug selection in the clinic and control of Escherichia coli infection.
