不同日龄阉割对河田鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及鸡冠发育的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Caponization at Different Ages on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemical Indices and Comb Development of Hetian Chickens

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同日龄阉割对河田鸡公鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及鸡冠发育的影响。选取40日龄河田鸡公鸡400羽,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复25羽。对照组公鸡不阉割,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组公鸡分别于40、60及80日龄实施手术阉割。对照组、试验组全程饲喂相同的饲粮,饲养至170日龄,测定40、60、80、110、140及170日龄河田鸡的生长性能、血清生化指标及鸡冠发育指标。结果显示:1)试验组140、170日龄体重以及110-170日龄阶段平均日增重均极显著大于对照组(P<0.01),同时110-170日龄阶段料重比均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组中试验Ⅱ组40-170日龄死淘率最低,并显著低于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。2)试验组血清睾酮(T)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组170日龄血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量高于(P>0.05)或显著(P<0.05)高于对照组;试验Ⅱ组170日龄血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。3)试验组60、80、110、140及170日龄冠基长度、冠高、肉垂长度均极显著小于对照组(P<0.01)。由此可见,在40、60或80日龄阉割均可显著提高河田鸡生长性能,降低血清睾酮含量,提高170日龄血脂水平,明显抑制鸡冠和肉垂生长发育,建议河田鸡公鸡阉割日龄为60日龄。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of caponization at different ages on growth performance,serum biochemical indices and comb development of Hetian chickens.A total of 400 forty-day-old Hetian chicken cockerels were randomly assigned to 4 groups,and each group contained 4 replicates with 25 birds per replicate.Except control group(intact cockerels),birds in experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere surgically caponized at 40,60 and 80 days of age,respectively.All birds were fed the same diet ad libitum throughout the experiment period and reared until 170 days old.Growth performance,serum biochemical indices and comb development indices were measured at 40,60,80,110,140 and 170 days of age.The results showed as follows:1)the body weight at 140 and 170 days of age and the average daily gain during 110 to 170 days of age in experimental groups were extremely significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01),while the feed/gain(F/G)during 110 to 170 days of age was extremely significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Among the experimental groups,mortality during 40 to 170 days of age in experimental groupⅡwas the lowest and significantly lower than that in experimental groupⅢ(P<0.05).2)Serum testosterone(T)content in experimental groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)contents at 170 days of age in experimental groups were either higher(P>0.05)or significantly higher(P<0.05)than that in control group.Serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)content at 170 days of age in experimental groupⅡwas significantly higher than that in experimental groupⅢ(P<0.05).3)Comb length,comb height and wattle length at 60,80,110,140 and 170 days of age in experimental groups were extremely significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).It can be concluded that caponization of Hetian chicken cockerels at 40,60 and 80 days of age can significantly improve growth
