摘要
随着水利工程建设投资规模持续增加,水利工程建设领域安全生产形势愈发严峻复杂,生产安全事故时有发生,给人民群众生命财产安全造成严重危害。为推进水利工程建设领域科学应用安全生产责任保险,充分发挥市场力量参与安全生产治理,促进水利安全生产形势进一步稳定好转,文章通过问卷调研、实地座谈等手段,充分借鉴和总结其他行业或地区的经验做法,对推进安全生产责任保险工作中的问题进行梳理分析,提出水利工程建设领域推进安全生产责任保险工作的思考。
With continuous increase of investment in water project construction,water project safety production has seen a more severe and complex situation,and production safety accidents have occurred from time to time,causing serious damage to people s lives and property.In order to promote the scientific application of safety production liability insurance in the field of water project construction,invite market to participate in safety production governance,and further improve safety production of water projects,this paper fully draws on and summarizes the experience and practices of other industries or regions,by means of questionnaire survey and on-site discussions.Then it sorts out and analyzes the problems in the promotion of work safety liability insurance,and proposes preliminary thinking on promoting work safety liability insurance in the field of water project construction.
