摘要
建设养老服务体系中居家照护服务供给体系处于举足轻重的地位。分析了居家照护服务主要存在的问题:供给主体协作性不足、各个主体的服务对象不明确、服务内容不明确。提出了推进沈阳市居家养老服务供给的优化建议,需要充分调动各主体协同配合,合理划分各供给主体的权责界限,优化供给内涵,从而为沈阳市居家养老照护服务的进一步整合与推广提供参考。
The home care service supply system plays important role in the construction of elderly care service system.The study analyzes the main problems of home care service,i.e.insufficient cooperation of main supply bodies,undefined service objects of all main bodies,and undefined service content.Then the study proposes the optimization suggestions for the promotion of home care service supply in Shenyang City,i.e.to fully mobilize cooperation,rationally divide the limitation of rights and liabilities among all main bodies,and optimize supply connotation,to provide reference for further integration and promotion of home care service in Shenyang City.
