摘要
水网作为海南基础设施建设的五网之一,对保障自由贸易港水安全具有重要意义。根据国家支持海南全面深化改革开放建设自由贸易港的新形势,按照水利部关于加快推进省级水网建设的新要求,立足水网主骨架建设现状,提出高标准高质量完善海岛型水网、实施水网后续工程建设的总体思路与重点举措,以期为推进省级水网建设起到先行示范作用。
As one of the five infrastructure networks in Hainan Province,the construction of water network is of great significance in safeguarding water security of the island as a free trade port.According to the new situation faced by the province to deepen the reform and opening up and become a free trade port,and new requirements of the Ministry of Water Resources on accelerating the construction of provincial water network,general idea and key measures are raised for futhering up construction of island-type water network with high quality and standard and subsequent construction of the water network,on the basis of current framework,so as to play a pilot role in promoting the construction of provincial water network.
