摘要
省级水网是国家水网层级架构中的关键环节,具有承上启下的重要作用。加快省级水网规划与建设,对于完善国家水网层级架构、落实国家重大区域发展战略、推动省域经济社会高质量发展意义重大。在深入分析省级水网建设的必要性和急迫性的基础上,结合国家水网建设总体要求,分析提出了省级水网规划与建设的思路要求和对策建议,为进一步加快推进省级水网建设提供技术参考。
Provincial water networks are critical for the framework of national water network,and shall be the basis to link the whole water system.It is of great significance to accelerate planning and construction of provincial water networks,in order to perfect the hierarchical structure of national water networks,implement national regional development strategy and promote high-quality economic and social development of provinces.Based on in-depth analysis of the significance of provincial water network and general requirements of national water network,ideas and requirements of provincial water network construction are proposed with measures and suggestions,which may provide technical insights for speeding up the planning and construction.
