摘要
自2020年我国脱贫攻坚战取得胜利以来,全国大部分乡村地区的发展思路、方式与层次均有明显提升,城乡一体化发展进程也有着明显加快。在此基础上,国家开始将乡村振兴作为下一阶段农村发展的核心战略。而从其构成来看,绿色发展既是乡村振兴战略的核心内容,也是实现城乡一体化的重要因素。以乡村振兴战略中的“实现乡村绿色发展”作为关注点,通过对湖北省恩施州咸丰县排峰坝村的绿色发展情况进行分析,研究以绿色发展为基础的兴村振兴战略。
Since the victory of China’s poverty alleviation campaign in 2020,the development ideas,methods and levels of most rural areas across the country have been significantly improved,and the urban-rural integration development process has also been significantly accelerated.On this basis,the state began to take rural revitalization as the core strategy for the next stage of rural development.From the perspective of its composition,green development is not only the core content of the rural revitalization strategy,but also an important factor in realizing urban-rural integration.Focusing on“realizing rural green development”in the rural revitalization strategy,this paper analyzes the green development of Paifengba Village,Xianfeng County,Enshi Prefecture,Hubei Province,and studies the village revitalization strategy based on green development.
