海蒿子多糖抗宫颈癌分子机制研究 被引量:1

Study on the Molecular Mechanism of Sargassum Pallidum Polysaccharide against Cervical Cancer

摘要 宫颈癌是女性生殖系统常见的恶性肿瘤,高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染是其主要的致病因素。来源于海洋生物的多糖,具有结构新颖、安全性高,毒副作用小等优点,且显示出较好的增强免疫、细胞诱导分化、抗病毒、抗肿瘤生物活性,是潜在的抗HPV和抗宫颈癌药物,近年来已引起国内外学者的广泛关注。其抗肿瘤作用的主要机理是提高机体免疫功能的同时产生对肿瘤细胞直接细胞毒作用、诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞周期有关。文章以海藻中的海藻子为例,详细讨论海蒿子多糖抗宫颈癌的分子机制,并提出海蒿子多糖在治疗宫颈癌未来研究开发和临床应用的展望。 Cervical cancer is a common malignant tumor of female reproductive system,and human papillomavirus infection is its main pathogenic factor.Polysaccharides derived from marine organisms have the advantages of novel structure,high safety,little toxic and side effects,and show good biological activities of enhancing immunity,inducing cell differentiation,resisting virus and resisting tumor.They are potential anti-HPV and anti-cervical cancer drugs,and have attracted wide attention from scholars at home and abroad in recent years.The main mechanism of its anti-tumor effect is to improve the immune function of the body,at the same time,it has direct cytotoxic effect on tumor cells,induce apoptosis of tumor cells and inhibit tumor cell cycle.In this paper,taking seaweed as an example,the authors discussed in detail the molecular mechanism of anti-cervical cancer of Sargassum polysaccharide,and put forward the prospect of future research and development and clinical application of Sargassum polysaccharide in the treatment of cervical cancer.
