摘要
目的了解社区居民对基本医疗、基本公卫、家庭医生签约服务等社区卫生服务利用的现状及满意度,并分析其影响因素。方法对全市16个区244家社区卫生服务中心全覆盖调查,共抽取样本居民7526人,进行线下问卷调查。结果2020年上海市受访居民对社区卫生服务的总体满意度得分为97.01分,达到优秀水平。其中,家庭医生签约服务的满意度最高,达到98.53分,高于基本公共卫生服务满意度(97.06分)和医疗服务满意度(96.68分)。结论居民对社区卫生服务的满意度较高,多项因素影响满意度评价,药物配备等方面需要改进,社区卫生服务应进一步加强宣传。
Objective To understand the current situation and satisfaction of community residents on the utilization of community health services such as basic medical care,basic public health,and family doctor contracted services,and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 244 community health service centers in 16 districts of the city were fully covered.A total of 7526 residents were sampled for offline questionnaire survey.Results In 2020,the overall satisfaction score of Shanghai residents to community health services was 97.01,reaching an excellent level.Among them,the satisfaction of family doctors with contracted services was the highest,reaching 98.53 points,higher than that of basic public health services(97.06 points)and medical services(96.68 points).Conclusion The residents'satisfaction with community health services is high,and many factors affect the evaluation of satisfaction,drug allocation and other aspects need to be improved,and the publicity of community health services should be further strengthened.
