摘要
目的:探索社区卫生服务中心的延伸处方发展现状。方法:搜集、整理2017-2018年开具的延伸处方7111张,对比患者在延伸处方开具前后社区卫生服务中心平均就诊次数、平均就诊时间、平均就诊开销和对延伸处方的满意度等。结果:延伸处方开具人群主要为65~75岁老年人群,占总人数的46.51%;开具延伸处方后用药依从率、药物使用注意事项知晓率均呈现出明显上升趋势;药物不良反应发生率呈现降低迹象。患者开具延伸处方后,每月去社区卫生服务中心平均就诊次数、平均就诊时间及平均就诊开销均出现不同程度减少。结论:延伸处方的开具,一方面可以明显提升患者对于自身用药的认知和用药依从性与积极性,帮助患者更加快速和全面了解病情和治疗手段;另一方面延伸处方的使用可以有效减少患者就诊时间和就诊次数,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To explore the development status of extension prescription in community health service centers.Methods:7111 extended prescriptions issued in 2017-2018 were collected and organized,the average number of visits,the average time of visits,the average cost of visits and the satisfaction degree of the extension prescriptions were compared before and after the extension prescriptions issued.Results:The majority of people who were issued extended prescriptions were 65~75 years old,accounting for 46.51%of the total.The drug compliance rate and the awareness rate of drug use matters needing attention after the issuance of extended prescription showed a significant upward trend.The incidence of adverse drug reactions also showed signs of decreasing.After issued the extension prescription,the average number of visits,the average time of visits and the average cost of visits to the community health service center every month decreased to different degrees.Conclusion:Extended prescription issuance,on the one hand,can significantly improve patients'own cognition and medication compliance and enthusiasm,and help patients more quickly and comprehensively understand the condition and treatment method.On the other hand,the use of extended prescription can effectively reduce the time and frequency of patient visits and improve patient satisfaction.
