摘要
目的探讨全程连续性助产护理对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症产妇妊娠结局、新生儿Apgar评分的影响。方法选取惠阳三和医院2021年6月至2022年6月收治的59例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症产妇作为研究对象。根据孕妇建档编号单双数进行分组,双数为常规组(n=29),实施常规护理干预;单数为研究组(n=30),实施全程连续性助产护理。比较两组的妊娠结局及新生儿Apgar评分。结果研究组的早产、新生儿窒息情况低于常规组,研究组新生儿出生1、10 min的Apgar评分高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症产妇实施全程连续性助产护理,可有效改善产妇妊娠结局,减少新生儿窒息等情况。
Objective To investigate the effect of whole-course continuous midwifery nursing on pregnancy outcome and neonatal Apgar score in pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP).Methods A total of 59 cases ICP puerpera admitted to Huiyang Sanhe Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.The pregnant women were divided into groups according to the odd-even number of the file number,the evennumber as the conventional group(n=29),and implemented routine nursing intervention.The singular number as the research group(n=30),and implemented whole-course continuous midwifery nursing.Pregnancy outcomes and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups.Results Preterm birth and neonatal asphyxia in the research group were lower than those in the conventional group,the Apgar scores at 1 min and 10 min after birth in the research group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of whole-course continuous midwifery nursing for ICP puerpera can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome and reduce the occurrence of neon atal asphyxia.
