乳牙镍钛锉应用于乳牙窦道型根尖周病治疗的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较乳牙镍钛锉与传统不锈钢锉在乳磨牙窦道型根尖周病治疗中的效果。方法选择2021年1月至7月于江苏大学附属医院儿童口腔科就诊的172例患儿,共196颗患牙。按照进入诊室的先后顺序给予患儿单、双号编号,单号为实验组,双号为对照组,每组98颗患牙。实验组使用机用乳牙镍钛锉进行根管预备,对照组使用传统手用不锈钢锉进行根管预备。比较两组的根管预备时间、术中疼痛评分及术后1周牙龈愈合率。结果实验组根管预备时间及术中疼痛评分均低于对照组,实验组术后1周牙龈愈合率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳牙镍钛锉在乳牙根尖周病的治疗中具有快速、高效的特点,值得推广应用。 Objective To compare the effectiveness of pediatric nickel titanium(NiTi)files and traditional stainless steel file on primary teeth in the treatment of sinus periapical periodontitis.Methods A total of 172 children with 196 teeth were enrolled in this study from January to July 2021 in the Department of Pediatric Stomatology,Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University.The enrolled children were given odd or even number according to the order of entering the clinic.Children with odd number were in the experimental group,and those with the even number were in the control group,98 teeth in each group.The experimental group used pediatric NiTi files for root canal preparation,while the control group used traditional stainless steel files.The operation time,score of intraoperative pain and the gingival healing rate after one week of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and the score of intraoperative pain of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The gingival healing rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric NiTi files has been preliminarily proven to be faster and more efficient,which deserves popularization and application.
