摘要
目的:评价儿童乳牙窦道型慢性根尖周炎疾病行一次性根管充填治疗的可行性和效果,为小儿口腔科疾病治疗提供参考。方法:选择2018年2月~2019年3月本院收治治疗的乳牙窦道型慢性根尖周炎患者,总计80例,90颗患牙。随机分为采取常规根管治疗的对照组(n=40,43颗),采取一次性根管充填治疗的观察组(n=40,47颗)。比较2组小儿治疗效果、疼痛情况以及家长满意度评分情况。结果:观察组小儿的治疗总有效率以及家属满意度评分均高于对照组,且疼痛情况优于对照组,观察指标比较,P<0.05。结论:予以儿童乳牙窦道型慢性根尖周炎患者一次性根管充填治疗预后效果好、疼痛轻微,满足了小儿的治疗需求,家属满意度高。
Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and effect of one-time root canal filling in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth in children,so as to provide reference for the treatment of minor dental diseases.Methods:Selected patients with chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth sinus tract type admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019,a total of 80 cases,90 teeth.They were randomly divided into the control group receiving conventional root canal treatment(n=40,43)and the observation group receiving one-time root canal filling treatment(n=40,47).The treatment effect,pain and parent satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate and family satisfaction score of children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the pain was better than that in the control group.The comparison of observation indexes was P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of children with chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth with one-time root canal filling has a good prognosis and mild pain,which meets the treatment needs of children and has high family satisfaction.
