摘要
真空断路器三相分合闸的同期性测试,是指在进行真空断路器的分闸、合闸、合闸后再分闸等操作时,使用专用的测试仪器,测试出真空断路器三相各自的分闸时间、合闸时间、合闸后再分闸时间,验证真空断路器的三相端口在进行上述操作时的时间差是否满足技术规范和行业标准的要求,以确保真空断路器可以可靠投用,避免其所在的电力线路因真空断路器三相不同期而导致短时非全相运行,进而导致危及设备或电网安全的过电压和过电流,引发断路器或保护装置的保护误动作。对真空断路器三相分合闸同期性测试的测试方法、合格标准、结果分析、注意事项、改善措施等进行了浅析和说明,对于真空断路器在刚安装或者定期校验时的三相分合闸的同期性测试有一定的指导意义。
Synchronous test of three-phase opening and closing of vacuum circuit breaker refers to using special test instrument to test the opening time,closing time and reopening time of three-phase of vacuum circuit breaker when opening,closing and reopening of vacuum circuit breaker.Verify whether the time difference of the three-phase port of the vacuum circuit breaker during the above operation meets the requirements of the technical specifications and industry standards,so as to ensure that the vacuum circuit breaker can be put into operation reliably and avoid shorttime open phase operation of the power line where it is located due to the different three-phase phases of the vacuum circuit breaker,which may lead to overvoltage and overcurrent endangering the safety of equipment or power grid,cause the protection malfunction of circuit breaker or protection device.This paper analyzes and explains the test method,qualification standard,result analysis,matters needing attention and improvement measures of synchronous test of three-phase opening and closing of vacuum circuit breaker,which has certain guiding significance for synchronous test of three-phase opening and closing of vacuum circuit breaker when it is just installed or checked regularly.
