摘要
针对一起220 kV组合电器SF断路器三相分闸机械特性不合格缺陷,通过试验仪器、操动机构、测试波形、接地干扰等几方面的分析,确定缺陷原因是厂家设计的机构插拔头内层屏蔽的功能没有实现,且施工工艺不合格,影响断路器机械特性试验,对类似设备的机械特性异常分析提供参考。
By analyses on the test instrument,operation mechanics,measured waveform,interfere from grounding and other factors,the cause for the unqualified mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker brake in a SFcomposite apparatus is determined that designed plug in the brake mechanism is lack of inner shielding function and of unqualified technique.This result gives the mechanical characteristics analysis of similar equipment a guideline.
