摘要
南海东部LFX-X油田三维水平井LFX-X-A2H井钻进过程中三维反扭方位井段狗腿度超标,造成后续钻井断钻具等事故,延误了钻井时效。在LFX-X-A3H井钻前,吸取LFX-X-A2H井教训,制定了井身轨迹精细控制技术方案。通过研究造斜率与工具力度之间的关系、及时活动钻具、优化参数调整、复查老井轨迹数据、加密测斜、保持井眼清洁、调整钻具组合、加强与地质监督沟通等,从而优质高效完成LFX-X-A3H井钻井施工。
In the drilling of 3D horizontal well LFX-X-A2H in LFX-X oilfield in the east of the South China Sea,the dog leg degree of the 3D reverse-twist azimuth well section exceeded the standard,resulting in accidents such as drilling tool breaking in subsequent drilling,which reduced the drilling efficiency.Before drilling well LFX-X-A3H,learning from the lessons of well LFX-X-A2H,a technical scheme for fine control of well bore trajectory was developed,that is,studying the relationship between build-up rate and tool force,moving drilling tools in time,optimizing parameter adjustment,rechecking old well trajectory data,densifying deviation measurement,keeping borehole cleaning,adjusting drilling tool assembly,strengthening communication with geological supervisor,etc.,so as to complete the drilling construction of well LFX-X-A3H with high quality and efficiency.
