摘要
水平井通过增加井眼与油气层的接触面积,有提高单井产量、延长开采周期、减少地层出砂、提高采收率等优势。根据质量监督总站要求,水平井必须保证工程质量,其中最重要的指标为油层钻遇率,因此必须精准控制钻头轨迹,通过气测录井发现油气显示,指导水平井井眼轨迹调整。现场地质监督严格履职,根据钻时、岩性及气测全烃值、伽玛值与定向等相关数据,制定相应的监督措施,正确判断,既保证井控安全,又规避井身质量不合格和储层钻遇率不足的质量事故,确保施工正常和井筒质量。
Increasing the contact area between the horizontal well bore and the oil and gas reservoir can increase the single well produc⁃tion,extend the production cycle,reduce the formation sand production and improve the oil recovery.According to the requirements of the general quality supervision station,the engineering quality of horizontal wells must be guaranteed,and the most important indicator is the penetration rate of oil reservoirs.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately control the bit trajectory and find oil and gas indications through gas logging so as to guide the adjustment of horizontal well trajectory.The on-site geological supervisor strictly performs his du⁃ties,formulates corresponding supervision measures and makes correct judgment according to relevant data such as drilling time,lithol⁃ogy,total hydrocarbon value of gas logging,gamma value and orientation,so as to not only ensure well control safety,but also avoid un⁃qualified wellbore quality and insufficient reservoir penetration rate,and ensure normal construction and wellbore quality.
