摘要
从前期调研、项目化教材、师资队伍、教学方法、师生互动、顶岗实习等方面探讨产教融合教学改革实施方法,契合教学内容与企业生产,提高学生实践能力,提高用人单位满意度,实现人才培养与地方产业需求有机融合。
This thesis discusses the implementation methods of teaching reform based on industry-education integration from the aspects of preliminary research,project-based teaching materials,teaching staff,teaching methods,teacher-student interaction,post practice,etc.,which is consistent with the teaching content and enterprise production,improves students’practical ability,improves employers’satisfaction,and realizes the organic integration of talent training and local industrial needs.
