摘要
为了抗击新冠肺炎疫情,上海市儿童医院派遣医疗队入驻定点医院,负责两个儿科亲子病区的患儿救治。亲子病区全面建立以“保护患者安全和医务人员安全”为目标的院感防控体系,从传染病防控“三要素”(管理传染源、切断传播途径、保护易感人群)方面制定院感防控策略,并经实践取得了满意的效果。该院感防控策略主要包括住院患者参与病区院感防控、充分利用物体表面消毒湿巾以及注重实战性感控培训,可为新冠肺炎收治定点医院制定科学、有效的院感防控措施提供参考。
In order to combat the COVID-19,Shanghai Children?s Hospital dispatched a medical team to the designated hospital to be responsible for the treatment of children in two pediatric parent-child wards.A nosocomial infection prevention and control system with the goal of"protecting the safety of patients and medical staff"was established.We have formulated a nosocomial infection prevention and control strategy in terms of the three elements of infectious disease prevention and control(managing the source of infection,cutting off the route of transmission,and protecting susceptible populations),and achieved satisfactory results through the practice.There are three main innovations in the strategy:the participation of inpatients in nosocomial infection prevention and control in the ward,taking advantage of surface disinfection wipes,and the emphasis on practical hospital infection prevention and control knowledge training,which can provide a reference for the development of scientific and effective nosocomial infection prevention and control measures for COVID-19 designated hospitals.
