摘要
采用载体定量杀菌试验和现场试验观察臭氧衣物消毒柜对衣物上的细菌消毒效果。结果 ,该机在满载情况下 ,消毒处理 12 0min ,对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌杀灭率均 >99.96 % ;对白色念珠菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢消毒处理 180min ,杀灭率分别为 >99.90 %和 89.0 4 %~ 98.91%。现场试验证明 ,对白大衣上的自然菌消毒处理 12 0min ,杀灭率 >90 %。结论 ,该臭氧衣物消毒柜对细菌繁殖体 ,酵母菌、细菌芽孢及自然菌均有较好杀菌效果。
Carrier quantitative germicidal test and field trial were used to observe the efficacy of ozone clothing disinfector in disinfection of bacteria on clothing. Results: Under condition of full load of the machine, disinfection for 120 min killed >99.96% of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on cloth strips and disinfection for 180 min killed >99.90% and 89.04%~98.91% of Candida albicans and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger. In field trial, disinfection of the white working overcoat for 120 min killed >90% of the natural bacteria on the overcoat. Conclusion: This ozone clothing disinfector has good efficacy in killing vegetative form of bacteria, yeasts, bacterial spores and natural bacteria.
