摘要
公立医院合作办医不仅可以将优质医疗资源辐射到更广范围,助推分级诊疗体系建设,缓解大医院患者集中的压力,也为解决民众看病难提供了有效路径。为保证合作办医健康有序发展,避免其成为新的腐败温床,公立医院须明确合作办医中存在的风险点和关键岗位,防范可能存在的廉洁风险,通过完善管理制度、强化廉洁教育、加强监督管理,保障人民群众的切身利益。
Public hospitals’cooperation in running medical services can not only radiate high-quality medical resources to a wider range,boost the construction of tiered diagnosis and treatment system,relieve the pressure of patient concentration in large hospitals,but also provide an effective way for the public to solve the difficulty of seeing a doctor.In order to ensure the healthy and orderly development of cooperative medical service and prevent its occurrence of corruption,public hospitals must identify the risk points and key positions in cooperative medical service,prevent possible incorruption risks,and protect the vital interests of the people by improving the management system,strengthening incorruption education and strengthening supervision and management.
