摘要
新时代背景下加强高校附属医院廉洁风险防控工作愈发重要,但医院管理工作分化细致,涉及岗位众多,对构建廉洁防控机制提出了挑战。通过构建“查找风险”“事前预防”“事中防控”和“事后考评”体系,力图降低医院运行的廉洁风险,形成切实管用的职权监督和制约体系。
In the new era,it is increasingly important to strengthen the prevention and control of probity risk in university-affiliated hospitals.However,the meticulous differentiation of hospital management and numerous posts involved poses challenges to the construction of probity prevention and control mechanism.The construction of the system involving“risk detection”,“prevention in advance”,“prevention and control in the event”and“evaluation after the event”will minimize the probity risk in hospitals and form a practical and effective power supervision and restriction system.
