摘要
目的 探讨PDCA循环管理法在PIVAS调配岗位绩效管理中的应用。方法 应用PDCA循环对PIVAS调配岗位存在问题进行分析,通过人员规范化培训、建立调配量化指标和绩效二次分配办法进行持续改进。比较干预前后不良事件发生率。结果 经过持续的质量改进,干预前后PIVAS不良事件发生率由0.043%下降至0.025%,差异有统计学意义。结论 PDCA循环管理法的应用可以提高PIVAS工作质量,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle management method in PIVAS deployment post performance management. Methods PDCA cycle was applied to analyze the problems existing in PIVAS deployment positions,and continuous improvement was carried out through standardized personnel training,establishment of deployment quantitative indicators and secondary allocation of performance.The incidence of adverse events were compared before and after intervention. Results After continuous quality improvement,the incidence of adverse events in PIVAS decreased from 0.043% to 0.025%before and after intervention,and the difference was significant. Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management method can improve the quality of PIVAS,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
