摘要
为了研究仿配香精与目标香精的相似程度,对香精样品进行热失重分析,根据热失重曲线对仿配香精与目标香精的一致性进行评价。本文以目标香精及4个仿配香精样品为研究对象,在优化后的热失重条件下进行程序升温,获得特定条件下的热失重曲线,结合GC-MS成分分析和感官评价结果,比较了仿配香精与目标香精的相似程度。结果表明:(1)热重曲线的差异能够反映出香精内在组成的差异;(2)GC-MS谱图一致并不代表样品成分组成完全一致,热重法是对烟用香精成分一致性判定的一个重要技术补充;(3)热重法可以用于烟用香精的仿配相似程度判定。
In order to evaluate the similarity between imitation compounded flavor and target compounded flavor,thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) was used to analyze the thermogravimetric characteristics of flavor samples, and the consistency between the essence and the target flavor was evaluated according to the thermogravimetric curve. In this paper,the target compounded flavor and 4 samples of imitation compounded flavor were studied. Programmed thermogravimetry under optimized thermogravimetric conditions was used to obtain the thermogravimetric curves under fixed conditions. The similarity between the imitation compounded flavor and the target compounded flavor was compared with the results of GC-MS component analysis and sensory evaluation. Conclusions are as follows.(1) Difference among the thermogravimetric curves can directly reflect the differences of components in flavors.(2) The consistency of GC-MS spectra does not mean that the compositions of samples are consistent. Thermogravimetry is an important technical supplement to determine the consistency of tobacco flavor components.(3) Thermogravimetry can provide important data support for judging the similarity of tobacco flavor.
