气相色谱–质谱联用法测定香米中添加的5,6,7,8-四氢喹喔啉 被引量:2

摘要 建立气相色谱–质谱联用法(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)分离和测定香米中添加的5,6,7,8-四氢喹喔啉的方法。试样干燥后以无水乙醚为提取剂进行索氏提取,提取液经无水硫酸钠脱水、氮吹浓缩、无水乙醇溶解,提取物经HP-INNOWAX柱分离后进入质谱仪检测,外标法定量。该方法在5,6,7,8-四氢喹喔啉浓度0.5~10.0mg/L的范围内具有良好的线性关系(R=0.9994),方法的精密度良好RSD为4.77%,加标回收率为81.00%~93.70%,方法的检出限(RSN=3)为0.05 mg/L。结果表明气相色谱质谱联用方法可用于香米的快速定性测定及真伪鉴别。 A method for separation and determination of 5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinoxaline added in aromatic rice by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.The anhydrous ether was extracted(Soxhlet)after drying,purified by anhydrous sodium sulfate and concentrated with nitrogen blowing,and the anhydrous ethanol was dissolved.The extract was separated by an HP-INNOWAX column and then detected by a mass spectrometer,and quantified by an external standard method.The method had a good linear relationship(R=0.9994)in the range of 5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinoxaline concentration of 0.5~10.0 mg/L.The RSD of the method was 4.77%.The recovery rate of addition was within 81.00%~93.70%,and the detection limit(RSN=3)of the method was 0.05 mg/L.Results showed that the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method is suitable for rapid qualitative analysis and identification of aromatic rice.
