碘量法测定大米中的香精溶剂1,2-丙二醇 被引量:3

摘要 为评价大米中违法添加的液体香精,对碘量法测定大米香精中溶剂1,2-丙二醇的方法进行了研究,评价了其检测限、精密度、准确度、稳定性及重现性。结果表明,方法检测限为0.008%;精密度试验的标准偏差分别为0.002%、0.003%,相对标准偏差分别为4.3%、3.4%;重复性试验的相对标准差分别为3.3%、1.7%;准确度试验的平均回收率范围为85.8%~112.5%,相对标准偏差范围为0.27%~1.97%,平均相对标准偏差1.05%;不同取样时间的稳定性试验相对标准差分别为3.5%、2.4%。分析方法评价结果符合化学分析实验室的质量控制要求。该法简便快捷、易于操作、成本低,可用于大米中添加液体香精的确证,可为监管机构执法或建立检测标准提供参考。 In order to evaluate illegally added liquid flavor in rice,the method of iodine quantity determination of 1,2-propanediol in was studied. Its detection limit,precision,accuracy,stability and reproducibility were evaluated. The results showed that the detection limit was 0.008%,the standard deviation of precision test was 0.002% and 0.003% respectively;the relative standard deviations were 4.3% and 3.4% respectively,and the relative standard deviations of repeatability test were 3.3% and 1.7%. The average recovery of accuracy test ranged from 85.8% to 112.5%,the relative standard deviation ranged from 0.27% to 1.97%,and the average relative standard deviation was 1.05%. The relative standard deviations of stability tests at the different sampling time were 3.5% and 2.4%. The evaluation results of analytical methods have met the quality control requirements of chemical analysis laboratories. The method is simple and fast,easy to operate,low cost,can be used to determine the liquid flavors in rice,which can provide reference for the regulatory agencies to enforce the law or establishing the testing standards.
