摘要
采用白玻璃和普通钠钙玻璃作为试验用试样,对比研究了α-β Al_(2)O_(3)砖、熔铸AZS、烧结锆莫来石砖和硅线石砖4种不同材质的玻璃窑料道用耐火材料气泡析出率。深入研究了显气孔率与耐火材料气泡析出率的关系。结果表明:α-β Al_(2)O_(3)砖的气泡析出率为零,其次为硅线石砖和熔铸AZS,烧结锆莫来砖的气泡析出率最高;硅线石砖的气泡析出率与显气孔率相关,显气孔率高的气泡析出率大,气泡多。
In this paper,white glass and ordinary soda-lime glass were used as test samples,and the bubble rates of four kinds of refractory materials including α-β alumina brick,fused cast AZS,zirconium mullite sintered brick and sillimanite brick were compared.Then the relationship between the refractory bubble rates and apparent porosity was investigated.The results show that the bubble rate of α-β alumina brick is zero,followed by sillimanite brick and fused cast AZS,the bubble rate of zirconium mullite sintered brick is the highest;The bubble rate of sillimanite brick is related to the apparent porosity,bricks with high apparent porosity have high bubble rate and more bubbles.
