摘要
以硅线石尾矿陶粒、水泥和粉煤灰为主要原料,在水灰比不变的条件下混合均匀、合理养护和蒸压工艺过程制得不同陶粒含量的加气混凝土砌块,研究了陶粒加气混凝土砌块的吸水率、抗压强度、收缩率、抗冻性和导热系数等理化性能。结果表明:在水灰比不变的条件下,当砌块中硅线石尾矿陶粒含量达到20%时,砌块的综合性能达到最佳,砌块的抗冻性较好,满足建筑施工要求;其中,试样的干密度为646 kg/m^3,含水率为1.5%,吸水率达到20%;干燥收缩率历时七周趋于稳定为0.4 mm/m,强度高达到6.93 MPa,导热系数为0.22 W/m·K。
The cement,silicon tailing ceramsite and the fly ash were used as the main raw materials to prepare aerated concrete block with reasonable maintenance method. In this process,the material is fully mixed evenly using a different ratio under the same water-cement ratio conditions. According to the relevant standards,the water absorption rate,compressive strength,shrinkage,antifreeze and thermal conductivity of the block are studied. The results show that under the same condition of water-cement ratio,when the content of silicon tailing ceramsite in the block is 20%,the comprehensive performance of the block is the best,and the frost resistance of the block is better. These properties meet the construction requirements. The dry density of the sample is 646 kg/m^3,the moisture content is 1. 5%,the water absorption reaches 20%,the drying shrinkage tends to stabilize to 0. 4 mm/m,the strength is up to 6. 93 MPa and the thermal conductivity is 0. 22 W/m·K.
