摘要
文章基于企业成长理论,以2008—2020年战略性新兴产业上市企业面板数据为研究样本,采用多期双重差分模型进行实证检验,探讨低碳城市试点政策与战略性新兴企业成长的关系特征。研究结果表明:低碳城市试点政策显著促进了战略性新兴企业的成长,且在经过一系列稳健性检验后两者关系依然成立;进一步机制识别研究发现,低碳城市试点政策可以通过提升企业绿色技术创新间接促进战略性新兴企业的成长;异质性检验表明,三批次低碳城市试点政策对战略性新兴企业成长的影响力度逐渐增强,低碳城市试点政策对非国有企业、成熟期企业、新能源汽车企业的成长促进效应更显著。
Based on the theory of enterprise growth,taking the panel data of listed enterprises in strategic emerging industries from 2008 to 2020 as the research sample,this paper uses a multi period DID model to conduct an empirical test,and discusses the relationship between low-carbon city pilot policies and the growth of strategic emerging enterprises.The research results show that the low-carbon city pilot policy has significantly promoted the growth of strategic emerging enterprises,and the relationship between them is still established after a series of robustness tests;further mechanism identification research finds that low-carbon city pilot policy can indirectly promote the growth of strategic emerging enterprises by promoting green technology innovation of enterprises;heterogeneity test shows that the influence of the pilot policies of three batches of low-carbon cities on the growth of strategic emerging enterprises is gradually enhanced,and the promotion effect of the pilot policies of low-carbon cities on the growth of non-state-owned enterprises,mature enterprises,and new energy automobile enterprises is more significant.
