摘要
文章选取2010—2020年A股上市企业数据,运用双重差分法分析数字化转型对非工业企业生产效率的影响。研究发现:数字化转型对我国非工业企业生产效率有显著促进作用;传导机制结果显示,数字化转型能够通过技术创新来提升非工业企业的生产效率;从异质性分析来看,中型企业数字化转型提升企业生产效率的显著性高于其他规模企业,国有企业的显著性高于其他所有制企业,技术密集型企业的显著性高于其他密集型企业,东部地区企业的显著性高于其他地区企业;进一步研究发现,数字化转型对交通运输、仓储和邮政业等五个行业企业生产效率有显著促进作用,对批发和零售业、住宿和餐饮业两个行业企业的生产效率有显著抑制作用,对教育等七个行业的影响不显著。
This paper selects the data of A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2020,and uses the DID method to analyze the impact of digital transformation on the production efficiency of non-industrial enterprises.The research finds that digital transformation has a significant role in promoting the production efficiency of China's non-industrial enterprises;the results of transmission mechanism show that digital transformation can improve the production efficiency of non-industrial enterprises through technological innovation;from the perspective of heterogeneity analysis,the digital transformation of medium-sized enterprises improves the production efficiency of enterprises more significantly than other scale enterprises,state-owned enterprises are more significant than other ownership enterprises,technology intensive enterprises are more significant than other intensive enterprises,and enterprises in the eastern region are more significant than those in other regions;further research shows that digital transformation has significantly promoted the production efficiency of enterprises in five industries,such as transportation,warehousing,and postal services,significantly inhibited the production efficiency of enterprises in two industries,such as wholesale and retail,accommodation and catering,and had no significant impact on seven industries,such as education.
