摘要
建立了枸杞中丁氟螨酯及其代谢物2-三氟甲基苯甲酸的残留分析方法。样品经乙腈匀浆提取,MgSO_(4)、GCB和C_(18)净化后,采用超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱进行检测,外标法定量。结果表明,在0.01~1.0 mg/L的范围内,目标农药的质量浓度与其相应的峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数>0.99。0.01、0.1、1.0 mg/kg 3个添加水平下,丁氟螨酯及其代谢物在枸杞中的平均回收率在80.7%~111.1%之间,相对标准偏差在2.1%~11.6%之间。在-18℃条件下储藏15个月试验期间,丁氟螨酯及其代谢物在枸杞中的降解率均小于30%。该方法操作简单、净化效果好,精密度较高,是一种适合检测分析枸杞中丁氟螨酯的方法。储藏稳定性试验结果表明,在枸杞储藏过程中丁氟螨酯及其代谢物均比较稳定。消解动态试验结果表明,环境对枸杞中丁氟螨酯的降解有一定的影响。
A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of cyflumetofen and its metabolites in Goji berries.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and was determined by ultra performance liquid chro-matography-mass spectrometry using quantified by external standard method after being purified with MgSO4,GCB and C18.The results showed that there was a clear linear relationship between the mass concentration of the target pesticide and the corresponding peak area in the range of 0.01~1.0 mg/L whose correlation coefficient was greater than 0.99.The average recovery rates of cyflumetofen and its metabolites were within 80.7%~111.1%with relative standard deviation(RSD)between 2.1%and 11.6%at three supplemental levels(0.01,0.1 and 1.0 mg/kg).The degradation rate of cyflumetofen and its metabolites was less than 30%,during the storage time of 15 months at storage temperature of-18℃.The method had advantages in simple operation,good purification efficacy with high precision,which was suitable for the determination of cyflumetofen in Goji berries.The results of storage stability test showed that cyflumetofen and its metabolites were stable in Goji berries samples.Dynamic digestion experiments showed that ambient environment had certain impacts on the degradation of cyflumetofen in Goji berries.
