摘要
为了制订代森锰锌在猕猴桃上的安全使用标准,采用田间试验的方法研究代森锰锌在猕猴桃上的残留动态,应用改进后的气相色谱分析方法,测定代森锰锌在猕猴桃上的残留量。结果表明,使用浓度为500倍水溶液于幼果期均匀喷施一次,14 d后,样品中检测出代森锰锌残留低于国际粮农组织(FAO)上关于代森锰锌的农药残留限量(0.2 mg/kg)。消解动态试验结果用一级动力学方程拟合,代森锰锌在猕猴桃中消解较快,在套袋果实上的半衰期为2.9 d,在不套袋的果实上的半衰期为2.6 d,属于易降解的农药(T_(1/2)<30 d),按照推荐剂量使用比较安全。
In order to formulate the standards for safe use of mancozeb for kiwifruit,a field experiment was adopted to evaluate the dynamic residue of mancozeb on kiwifruit after application.The content of mancozeb residue was determined using an improved GC method.The result showed that the mancozeb(×500 water solution)was uniformly sprayed to young kiwifruits.The residue content of mancozeb was far lower than the FAO standard(0.2 mg/kg)after 14 days.The dynamic degradation of mancozeb was fitted with first-order decay kinetics,the degradation of mancozeb was quite fast in kiwifruit with a half-time 2.9 days of bagging fruits and a half-time 2.6 days of unbagging fruits.The mancozeb was an easily degradable pesticide with T_(1/2)<30 days and would be quite safe under the recommended dosage.
