摘要
目的:观察中药热敷联合活血通络汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果。方法:选择2019年6月-2021年6月在灌云县中医院就诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各50例。其中对照组采用中药热敷治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联用活血通络汤治疗。观察治疗后两组的临床效果,治疗前、治疗后4周采用日本骨科学会(JOA)腰痛疾患疗效评定标准评估两组的腰椎功能,比较治疗前后两组的炎症因子[高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平。结果:研究组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后4周,两组的腰椎功能JOA评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后4周,两组的hs-CRP水平均低于治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药热敷联合活血通络汤应用于腰椎间盘突出症患者中,有利于提高患者治疗的总有效率,改善患者的腰椎功能,缓解患者的炎症。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in Guanyun County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected.They were divided into the control group and study group through the random number table,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress,and the study group was treated with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups was observed.Before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the lumbar function of the two groups was evaluated using the Japanese Orthopedic Society(JOA)low back pain assessment criteria,and the inflammatory factor[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]of the two groups was compared before and after treatment.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At 4 weeks after treatment,the JOA score of lumbar function in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 4 weeks after treatment,the hs-CRP level in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in patients with lumbar disc herniation is helpful to improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the lumbar function and alleviate the inflammation of patients.
